Starting in 2019 and through covid, I taught at Breda University of Applied Sciences as Visual Arts Lecturer and Look Development specialist. This came immediately I had been traveling around for work and I felt I could use a break. Starting this position was a great learning opportunity. It allowed me to build better foundations for personal connection, practice patience, mature emotionally, accept being a dumb-dumb about stuff and it allowed me to test my skills. Overall, probably the most valuable experience in my career.
I am very proud of the students that I had the opportunity to mentor. It's been one of the greatest experiences, to see them grow into themselves, their understanding and find ways to maneuvre their way into increasinly complex fields. So I wanted to dedicated a page to it.
